The Bango Bango's are a high-energy, all-female band celebrating Women in Rock, fronted by the multi-talented Astrid Voxx, who credits her inspiration from her daughter's love of all female bands including the Go-Go's, The Bangles, and Vixen. Playing out in some of the amazing venues south Florida has to offer, we love to put on a fun-filled and family-friendly rock show.
During the past few years, The Bango Bango's have been fortunate to have had some local talented females gracing the lineup in the past, including Cynthia Bromund (vocals), Roxy Camacho (guitar), Paula Gavino (guitar), and Karla Soto (drums). We welcome any ladies who wish to sit in at our performances!
Rounding out the current lineup is Astrid's daughter Alexi Go-Go on co-lead vocals and auxiliary percussion, Lana Wise on guitar, Lenore Goldman on bass, and Lesley Gent on keyboard.
